Artículo séptimo. Las Escuelas Primarias Piloto que funcionen en los Departamentos, quedan subordinados a la División de Normales y Educación Primaria, y deberán ajustar sus labores en acuerdo con las orientaciones que de tal División por intermedio del Director Coordinador de la Escuela Piloto de Aplicación de Bogotá, D.E. Comuníquese y publíquese.
