La suma de que trata la Ley 146 de 1936 , en su artículo l°, y que figura.en el artículo 323 del Presupuesto vigente, se ¡destinará a terminar y dotar el Pabellón de Maternidad del Hospital de San Vicente de Paúl de Medellín y a la construcción y dotación de un pabellón de clínica infantil en el área del mismo Hospital.
