Las normas de este Decreto se aplicarán sin perjuicio del Estatuto "Antidumping", Decreto 2444 de 1990, o las normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan y de la facultad de la Dirección General de Aduanas para liquidar y cobrar las cuentas adicionales previstas en los artículos 324 y 325 del Decreto 2666 de 1984 y las normas que los modifiquen o adicionen.
