Decreto 2719 de 1936 · Por el cual se organizan los Departamentos de Explotación, Control, Diseño y Construcción, Sostenimiento, giros Postales, lo mismo que la Secretaria Privada y Secretaria General del Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos, a partir del 1° de noviembre y de acuerdo con el Decreto 2510 de 8 de octubre de 1936.
