La revisión del Arancel de Aduanas contemplada en el artículo anterior se hará con la intervención de dos Senadores y dos Representantes, que tendrán sus respectivos suplentes personales y que serán elegidos por la Comisión Tercera del Senado y por la Comisión Tercera de la Cámara respectivamente.
