º NATURALEZA Y FORMA DE ORGANIZACIÓN. Las instituciones financieras cooperativas, en sus diversas modalidades, se organizarán bajo la naturaleza jurídica cooperativa y su constitución se sujetará a las disposiciones generales que rijan para la respectiva modalidad de institución financiera. El Acuerdo Cooperativo y la enumeración de actividades previstos en los estatutos deberán corresponder a una sola modalidad financiera, atendiendo al carácter especializado de este tipo de entidades.
