La venta de los bienes inmuebles se hará previo avalúo de cada inmueble practicado por el Instituto Geográfico “Agustín Codazzi”, una vez lo determine la Junta Directiva del Instituto de Fomento Industrial con el voto favorable del Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico.

Parágrafo

La venta se podrá efectuar por negociación directa del referido avalúo no fuera superior a cinco millones de pesos ($ 5.000.000); si fuere superior a esta cantidad, se realizará mediante licitación o subasta pública, de acuerdo con la norma sobre la materia.
