Comprobada la existencia de un caso de lepra en los Municipios en donde haya Junta de Sanidad, procederá ésta a examinar la causa que haya originado la enfermedad, sus ocupaciones, método de vida, vereda en que reside y todos los demás datos que sirvan para atacar el mál en su fuente.
