El comerciante deberá dejar copia fiel de la correspondencia que dirija en relación con los negocios, por cualquier medio que asegure la exactitud y duración de la copia. Asimismo, conservará la correspondencia que reciba en relación con sus actividades comerciales, con anotación de la fecha de contestación o de no haberse dado respuesta.
