Artículo único. Concédese indulto amplio y suficiente en favor del Teniente Prospero Libreros, del Batallón 29 del Ejercito del Cauca, por los delitos de deserción y cobardía, á cuyo efecto se le rebaja el resto de la pena á que fue condenado por el respectivo Consejo de Guerra. Comuníquese y publíquese.
