La cantidad expresada en el artículo anterior, se invertirá en las siguientes obras: construcción de galerías, terminación del hospital de caridad, pavimentación de la plaza, campo de deportes y terminación del teatro municipal, en la proporción que determine una junta compuesta por el Alcalde, el Personero Municipal, el Presidente del Concejo y dos vecinos honorables de la localidad elegidos por el Concejo cuyo Secretario lo será también de la junta.
