Los aportes directos de capital que haga el Gobierno para el establecimiento o ensanche de industrias de interés nacional por intermedio del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, al cual se entregarán los fondos correspondientes, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 30 del Decreto 1157 de 1940, se harán en forma tal que la propiedad de las respectivas acciones quede en cabeza del Gobierno. Tales acciones podrán venderse en la misma forma contemplada para las que adquiera directamente el Instituto de Fomento, según el citado Decreto 1157 de 1940, y el producto de las ventas ingresará al Fondo Rotatorio de que trata el artículo 28 del mismo Decreto.
