Artículo catorce. Las Universidades, así oficiales, como privadas, elaborarán una estadística de los resultados obtenidos por los estudiantes de primer año en todas las Facultades, clasificándolos según el colegio de donde proceden. Esta lista deberá ser remitida a la Inspección de Universidades y podrá ser publicada a juicio del Ministerio.
