º. Definiciones . Para efectos del presente Decreto, adóptanse las siguientes definiciones: Depositarios : aquellas personas naturales o jurídicas que celebren los contratos de ganado en participación con los Fondos Ganaderos, en los términos señalados en el artículo 12 de la Ley 132 de 1994. Pequeño productor : Para los efectos del presente Decreto se adopta la definición de pequeño productor consagrada en el artículo 7º del Decreto 2379 de 1991. Asistentes Técnicos Extensionistas: Profesionales del sector agropecuario que realicen actividades de transferencia de tecnología. Area de influencia: La zona geográfica donde el Fondo Ganadero ejecuta sus actividades.
