º DISPONIBILIDAD DE LAS GRABACIONES. En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 39 del Decreto 2085 de 1975, las estaciones de radiodifusión mantendrán a disposición del Ministerio de Comunicaciones la grabación de todos los programas que se trasmitan durante el período a que se refieren los artículos 2º y 3º de este Decreto.
