Art. 1463. Las donaciones que, con los requisitos debidos, se hagan los esposos uno a otro en las capitulaciones matrimoniales, no requieren insinuación ni otra escritura pública que las mismas capitulaciones, cualquiera que sea la clase o valor de las cosas donadas.
