Corresponde al Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social la vigilancia y control de las Empresas de que trata la presente Ley.

El Director Ejecutivo de las Empresas Asociativas deberá remitir al Ministerio de Trabajo, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes, copia auténtica del acta de constitución de los estatutos y del acto de reconocimiento de la personería jurídica con el fin de que se efectúe el registro correspondiente.
