Art. 10. Las actuaciones, diligencias, documentos ó escritos, que conforme á este Decreto deben extenderse en papel sellado, lo serán en papel de la clase correspondiente; sin embargo, se puede usar papel sellado de una clase superior, sin que esto apareje responsabilidad alguna, ni sea motivo para que dejen de admitirse oficial ó judicialmente.
