º. Calidades y requisitos del representante de los empleados . El representante de los empleados deberá acreditar los siguientes requisitos

Ostentar la calidad de empleado de carrera de la Contraloría General de la República por un término no inferior a un (1) año.

No haber sido sancionado disciplinariamente por falta grave o gravísima.

No haber sido condenado por sentencia judicial o pena privativa de la libertad o por delitos contra el patrimonio del Estado. En ningún caso cuando se trate de delitos políticos o culposos.
