Artículo único. Refórmase el Decreto 227 de 1920, así: para atender a los gastos de alimentación, sanidad y herraje del ganado caballar y mular de las Unidades del Ejército, en la presente vigencia, se destina la suma de cinco pesos ($ 5 ) mensuales por cada cabeza, para las guarniciones de la Costa Atlántica; tres pesos ($ 3) para la de Bogotá, y cuatro pesos ($ 4) para las demás guarniciones de la República. Esta disposición surtirá sus efectos desde el primero de los corrientes.
