°. De la prohibición de iniciar nuevas actividades. La Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes en Liquidación no podrá iniciar nuevas actividades en el desarrollo de su objeto social, y conservará su capacidad jurídica únicamente para expedir los actos y adelantar las acciones necesarias para su liquidación y para cumplir las funciones transitorias señaladas en el presente decreto.
