Las guías definitivas serán anuladas por la Administración de Aduana del mismo puerto al exportarse el lote de perlas a que correspondan. Mientras las perlas estén en el país, de toda operación de venta de ellas se dará cuenta a la aduana a fin de que por ésta se tome nota del nuevo tenedor y se reponga la guía, caso en el cual en la nueva se citará la antigua.
