De los delegados oficiales ante la Junta Directiva . Los Ministros y demás autoridades nacionales que puedan nombrar delegados suyos para formar parte de la Junta Directiva de la Empresa, lo harán designando funcionarios de sus correspondientes repeticiones administrativas o de organismos adscritos o vinculados a su Despacho.
