Articulo 30. Junta de Compras: Tramitar, de acuerdo con las respectivas normas, la adquisición de todos los bienes que requiera el Ministerio Público para su adecuado funcionamiento. De conformidad con disposiciones vigentes, la Junta de Compras integrada por el Jefe de la División de Servicios Administrativos, el Almacenista, el Jefe de la División de Presupuesto y el representante de la Contraloría General de la República.
