º. Participación comunitaria . Cuando lo considere pertinente, la Comisión podrá invitar a sus sesiones a funcionarios y representantes del sector público y privado, gremios de la producción, ONG'S ambientales, universidades públicas o privadas, y demás sectores de manera que se garantice la adecuada participación de la comunidad. Así mismo, y con el fin de promover aquella, la Comisión podrá, previa consulta con el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, realizar foros, talleres o seminarios en cualquier sitio del territorio nacional.
