La Subsecretaría de Asuntos Administrativos deberá resolver sobre las solicitudes de reconocimiento en el término de quince días hábiles, contado a partir de la fecha de su presentación. Contra los actos que decidan sobre solicitudes de reconocimiento podrán interponerse los recursos previstos en el Código Contencioso Administrativo. Las sumas liquidadas y reconocidas serán canceladas a medida que exista disponibilidad presupuestal en el rubro correspondiente.
