Disminución del subsidio familiar. Para aplicar la sanción prevista en el

Parágrafo

del artículo 61 del Decreto 2337 de 1971, se ordenará por el superior inmediato, o por cualquiera dentro de la línea de mando, que el Oficial o Suboficial informen sobre la causa de su omisión, informe que deberá conceptuarse por el superior del inculpado y remitirse al Comando de la respectiva Fuerza, donde se aceptarán las explicaciones dadas por el interesado, o se elaborará el proyecto de resolución de descuento, para la firma del Ministro de Defensa.
