La garantía a la segunda postulación al Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda (SFV) a las víctimas de conflicto armado interno debidamente registradas en el Registro Único de Víctimas (RUV) y a las personas que pierdan su vivienda por razones completamente ajenas a su voluntad, no podrá ir en menoscabo de los derechos y la prioridad de las personas que se encuentran registradas a la fecha en la primera postulación al subsidio de vivienda familiar.
