°. Objeto y ámbito de aplicación. El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer las condiciones y operaciones destinadas a dar cumplimiento a los objetivos de la Subcuenta de Garantías para la Salud del Fosyga o quien haga sus veces, definidos en el artículo 41 del Decreto-ley 4107 de 2011, en armonía con lo previsto en el inciso tercero del artículo 68 de la Ley 1753 de 2015 cuando ello se requiera. Las disposiciones aquí previstas, son aplicables al Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía (Fosyga) o a la entidad que haga sus veces, a las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud, a las Entidades Promotoras de Salud y a las Entidades Financieras vigiladas por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.
