Toda guía que enmendada, alterada ó corregida de cualquier modo, acarreará á la persona á favor de la cual está expedida un multa de cinco pesos ($ 5) oro, salvo el caso de que dichas enmendaduras, alteraciones ó correcciones estén certificadas por el Agente que haya expedido la guía.
