Prohibición. No se podrá proveer por nombramiento provisional o por encargo un cargo directivo o docente vacante de manera definitiva, cuando exista listado de elegibles vigente para el correspondiente nivel o área de conocimiento: Quien lo hiciere responderá disciplinaria y patrimonialmente por ello. Una vez agotado el listado de elegibles se deberá convocar a nuevo concurso dentro de los cuatro (4) meses siguientes. CAPITULO III Carrera y escalafón docente
