amended by ley 962/05 amends decreto 624/89

Modifícase el artículo 635 del Estatuto Tributario, el cual queda así:

"Artículo 635. Determinación de la tasa de interés moratorio. Para efectos tributarios, a partir del 1º de marzo de 2003, la tasa de interés moratorio será la tasa efectiva promedio de usura menos tres (3) puntos, determinada con base en la certificación expedida por la Superintendencia Bancaria durante el cuatrimestre anterior. La tasa de interés a que se refiere el presente artículo será determinada por el Gobierno Nacional cada cuatro (4) meses".
