Se exceptúan de la prohibición contemplada en el inciso 4° del artículo 10 de la Ley 1474 de 2011 las entidades públicas y patrimonios autónomos que tengan como función la promoción turística y cultural del país, o el desarrollo de la cartografía nacional, los cuales podrán patrocinar, contratar o realizar la impresión de publicaciones con policromías para dichos fines.
