ARTICULO 16 . DEFINICIÓN. Para los efectos de la aplicación de este reglamento, se denomina autoridad evaluadora, al oficial, suboficial o miembro del nivel ejecutivo en servicio activo que, dentro de la estructura orgánica de la Policía Nacional, sea el responsable directo del empleo, dirección, control y progreso del personal puesto bajo su mando.

Parágrafo

Por norma general, la facultad para evaluar es inherente al ejercicio de las atribuciones disciplinarias.
