Asignación de competencias . A partir del 21 de junio de 2013, la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (Ugpp) asumirá la función pensional y la defensa judicial asociada, así como la administración de la nómina de los pensionados del Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales (FNCV) Liquidado, funciones que se encuentran actualmente a cargo del Ministerio del Transporte.
