Artículo quinto . Se entiende como sujeto de la formación profesional metódica y completa al trabajador aprendiz, matriculado en los cursos dictados por el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, o en los por él reconocidos, fuere en establecimientos especializados o dentro de las mismas empresas, cuando se cumplan las condiciones y requisitos determinados por el Consejo Nacional de esa entidad.
