ARTICULO 217. Prohibición uso del uniforme en estado de separación. El Oficial o Suboficial separado de la Policía Nacional en forma absoluta, perderá el derecho de usar el uniforme, las condecoraciones y los distintivos que se le hubieren conferido. Al ser separado en forma temporal, se le suspenderá el mismo derecho durante el lapso de la separación.
