Todo empresa industrial que se establezca y pretenda gozar de los beneficios anotados, debe permitir la inspección y control del Gobierno, bien por medio del Ministerio competente, por la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas o por el organismo oficial que se designe, a efecto de establecer capital, funcionamiento de dichas empresas, actividades a que se dedican, y todo lo demás que juzgue indispensable para conceder y mantener esos beneficios.
