EL Gobierno incluirá en el presupuesto de 1963 una partida no menor de dos millones de pesos ($2.000.000.oo) en los Presupuestos subsiguientes la suma necesaria hasta dar total cumplimiento a lo ordenado en la presente Ley. En todo caso autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para hacer las operaciones de crédito y los traslados presupuestales que sean necesarios para el cumplimiento de esta Ley.
