Si por la indagatoria o por otro medio se supiere que el procesado estuvo sometido a proceso en otra ocasión, se hará agregar a los autos copia de la sentencia pronunciada; pero si el proceso estuviere todavía pendiente, llegado el caso, se acumularán los juicios ante el Juez que sea competente, de acuerdo con las reglas sobre la materia.
