º. Para los fines previstos en el artículo anterior, el Gobierno coordinará las actividades de las personas o instituciones que tengan por objeto el manejo y la inversión de los fondos provenientes del ahorro privado, y fomentará la creación de corporaciones privadas de ahorro, asociaciones mutualistas de ahorro y préstamo, y otras organizaciones aptas para cumplir las finalidades de este Decreto.
