DE LAS EXISTENCIAS DE PRECURSORES DE MEDICAMENTOS. Los laboratorios y establecimientos farmacéuticos que elaboran o distribuyen drogas o medicamentos que produzcan dependencia, no podrán tener existencias de las mismas, de sus precursores, superiores a las autorizadas por el Ministerio de Salud. Los productos terminados serán vendidos al Fondo Nacional de Estupefacientes de conformidad con la reglamentación que expida el mismo Ministerio.
