° En las obras municipales, departamentales o nacionales las reparaciones por accidentes del trabajo corresponden al Municipio, al Departamento o a la Nación, respectivamente; pero si tales obras, o la de particulares, se ejecutaren por contrato, entonces las reparaciones por accidentes del trabajo serán de cargo del contratista.
