°. Sujeto activo . La Contribución a que se refiere el artículo anterior deberá pagarse al Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo o a la entidad a la que dicho Ministerio delegue la función de recaudo. Según lo previsto en el

Parágrafo transitorio

del artículo 13 de la Ley 1101 de 2006, la actual entidad administradora del Fondo de Promoción Turística continuará recaudando la contribución parafiscal para la promoción del turismo, hasta cuando el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo expida la reglamentación correspondiente.
