Los prestatarios del servicio de radioaficionados de Segunda categoría podrán realizar transmisiones dentro de las siguientes bandas de frecuencia 1800 a 1850 Khz, 3500 a 3750 Khz, 7.000 a 7.300 Khz, 18068 a 18168 Kkz, 21000 a 21350 Khz, 24890 a 24990 Khz, 28000 a 29300 Mhz, 50 a 54 Mhz, 144 a 148 Mhz, 430 a 440 Mhz, en los tipos de emisión A1A, A2A, A3E, F3E, R3E, j3E,POA y de X3X y de 21000 a 21150 Khz en tipo de emisión POA.

Parágrafo

Los licenciatarios de Segunda categoría podrán operar con una potencia máxima de quinientos (500) vatios de salida medidos sobre carga fantasma.
