° También podrán obtener licencia de actor las personas que demuestren su participación, con anterioridad a la expedición del presente Decreto, en cien (130) horas de emisión de televisión como actor o ciento cincuenta (150) horas de radioteatro, quienes deberán aprobar el examen de que trata el artículo 5°.
