Las personas que soliciten pasaporte oficial tendrán que llenar los requisitos fijados en los numerales a),b),c),d) y f) del artículo 3º del presente Decreto. Deberán presentar, además, copia, debidamente autenticada, del decreto o resolución de nombramiento o una constancia, en debida forma, de su calidad si se trata de personas comprendidas en el numeral b) del artículo 13 de este Decreto.
