Régimen de transición. Aquellas solicitudes que se hubieren presentado antes de la vigencia del presente decreto, conforme a lo exigido en el Decreto 1119 del 23 de abril de 1997, continuarán con su trámite y se autorizarán conforme a las regulaciones de este decreto sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el artículo 40 de la Ley 153 de 1887, respecto de los términos y diligencias ya iniciadas, las cuales se regirán por las normas procedimentales anteriores.
