Terminación de la licencia . Si por motivo de los resultados de la competición, la delegación termina su actuación antes del total del tiempo previsto, la licencia terminará y el beneficiario deberá reincorporarse inmediatamente a sus labores, teniendo en cuenta el tiempo de desplazamiento. Al vencerse la licencia, el servidor deberá reincorporarse de inmediato al ejercicio de sus funciones, so pena de incurrir en abandono del cargo. CAPÍTULO XIII Licencia por luto
