Antes de la fecha en que entren en vigencia las disposiciones anteriores, deberán revalidarse por medio de decretos los nombramientos de aquellos empleados que estén devengando jornales mayores de $ 5, así como todos aquellos que sin. haber sido hechos por el Poder Ejecutivo tengan asignaciones mensuales de más de $ 150. Otro tanto debe hacerse respecto de todos los cargos de nómina, cualquiera que sea su asignación, que no hayan sido creados por el Gobierno.
